Mounting is exquisitely embossed with motifs dear at the time making it a little art piece
The ring has a low profile and faces up with a large natural Bloodstone
A stone very loved since past times for believed properties: Bloodstone was treasured not only as a talisman of good health and long life, but was reputed to bring its owner respect, good fortune, riches and fame
The plain stone id nicely framed with gold carving details
The mounting is solid 18 Kt gold excellent condition in spite of age, an old sign of resizing is present but we can polish it out
The signet is 15.6 mm. x 12.4 mm. ; the whole crown including the gold border is 20 mm. x 17 mm. – the ring has a weight of 8.3 grams
