Hand crafted of solid 18 Kt gold in a round shape crown and scroll design shoulders, it has an internal hidden compartment that shuts hermetically as you would expect from a real poison powder holder
Set with a composition of natural not nucleated Pearls of extraordinary silky sheen; ranging from 3.11 to 2.1 mm further enhanced with Turquoise and Ruby
Beautifully detailed with ornamental gold work, very fine condition in spite of its age
Not to be altered in finger size
