Hard to say the exact size of the Diamond being flat at the back and unusual in cut we will give size by diameter and not by the real weight, being same size of a 2.0 Ct Diamond measuring 8.74 mm x 7.16 mm. – bear in mind in order of not spoiling the mount, being an antique, this is the best we can do for this type of Diamond cut
