A romantic heart shaped crown fully set with a selection of antique rose cut Diamonds and a flame on top – Diamonds : 1pear rose cut diamond of approx .55 Ct (by spread) – 11 rose cut diamonds totaling approx .40 Ct (by Spread)
Close back setting as you would expect for the period.
