A lovely Victorian example of Black Onyx locket beautifully hand carved into an unusual shield shape
Adorned with a rich drape of leaf work covering almost the whole front up of the locket, enriched with little natural pearls ranging between 1 – 2 mm.
Gorgeous gold bail connected with leaf holding the locket, indeed giving great contrast against the black
Back window is finely bordered by 18KT rose gold same for all garments all exquisitely made of solid 18 KT rose gold
Measures are: 64 mm. x 28 mm. (h. x w.) including bail – locket window is 22 x 17 mm.
