This absolutely stunning quality of 100% natural, totally untreated Turquoise is Persian origin, prizing the most beautiful intense Blue colour as hardly seen around, completely even and perfect, making then star of this mid century large pendant. This quality of Turquoise will never turn into green having a very fine texture to it since mined.
Typically, less than five-percent of turquoise is ready for shaping without treatment, the remaining 95% of most rough turquoise has a chalky and porous quality when it comes out of the ground and needs treatment.
The Pendant has been artfully hand crafted of solid 18 KT gold – classy design to be loved for ever.
Beautiful large oval shape taking inspiration from the large Gemstone, framed into Diamonds with group of leaf work on the four points giving a gentle and feminine touch on the little Diamonds surrounding.
It is 60’s approx, Italian Origin. Turquoise is 63.10 Ct measuring 28.44 mm. x 22.86 mm – the back inclusion of the stone are typical of the Persian type.
The little Diamonds are round brilliant cut Diamonds approx .80 Ct rated as G/H VVS/VS
The whole pendant measures 42 mm. x 32 mm. with a gross weight of 21.9 grams – Accompanied by a traditional 18 Kt white gold chain.
