beautiful hand pierced work for the Clover design enhanced at the centre by an old mine cut Diamond natural fancy Champagne colour rated as VVS another old cut Diamond set at the end of the waved stem complemented by natural old mine cut Emeralds set along each petal and at the end of the stem
