An exquisite pair of Art Deco period Diamond and South Pearl drop earrings, 1930 ca.
Europe origin, possibly French
Simple yet effective design consisting in a line of Diamonds with suspended Pearls swinging and sway freely with a strong feminine imprint, perfect to wear day night being always admired with any outfit
They are made of solid 18 KT gold topped with Platinum with a mill-grain finishing bordering each individual bezel
The two Pearls are superb quality South Sea, white silvery with exceptional sheen and luster, thick nacre being the old type, measuring 11.7 mm. In diameter
Diamonds are a selection of bright white old cut for .70 Ct TCW – H/I – VVS/VS
Earrings are 31 x 11.7 mm. h. x w. with 7.4 grams gross weight
Made for pierced ears
