The large luminous heart carved Moonstone is approx 3.00 Ct (11.1 x 10.8 mm) surrounded by 27 old mine cut Diamonds varying in size to fit the design approx 1.40 Ct of total Diamond content – further set with natural baby pearls set in the outer edge for a fascinating romantic effect all together
Heart is 27 x 23 mm without bail (h. x w.)
Accompanied by its original antique chain made of silver inter-spaced by group of three pearls alternating one Pearl – all Pearls are natural salt sea baby size
