Please note - layaway payment plans are a contract between vendor and buyer and considered in full as a formal purchase for the acquisition of goods.
In the event buyer decide of stop paying, we will reserve the right of NOT issuing a refund, it is at buyer awareness that the money paid is for ordering goods and not to be used as piggy bank where to recover funds previously given for your order if failed for your own decision.
Returns for long term payments will be only accepted as store
credit with no money refund given and a 15% restocking fee will be applied.
Not honoured in full payments will be considered as 'failed sale' with NO Refund given for what paid along the previous time.
